10 First level customer service officer for our client, Hydro-Solution
Responsibilities:
- Answer any billing inquiries from our customers;
- Answer all water-heater repair claims from our customers;
- Answer all sale inquiries;
Qualifications:
- High school diploma;
- Have a minimum of two years experience in customer service;
- Perfectly bilingual (French & English);
- Computer skills (MS Office & Internet);
- Ability to interact professionally and courteously with our customers;
- Ability to analyse and have good judgment for problem-solving
Schedule:
Full time / part time, days and nights, and weekends on rotation
SUPERVISOR – CUSTOMER SERVICE Description:
- Supervision of up to 20 agents;
- Participate in training new employees and existing employees;
- Manage daily operations and improve performance of call center;
- Provide constant floor support and listening side by side;
- Escalate complaints and situation that may be problematic;
- Providing consistent support to the SAC agents;
- Coach and motivate his team while providing proper feedback;
- Prepare and submit annual performance appraisals of staff;
- Participate in the management of absenteeism, disciplinary, health and safety procedures;
- Process complex customer requests (particular cases) and keeping track of files.
Requirements:
- College or university degree in related field of work;
- Two to three years experience working in a call center;
- Skills in customer service and team play;
- Proven analytical ability and ease in problem solving;
- Must be initiative and proactivite;
- Capacity in personnel management and mobilization;
- Positive attitude;
- Fluently bilingual (spoken and written);
- Master MS Office and Internet
- Versatile, dynamic and organized;
- Available to work days, nights and weekends.
Schedule:
Full time, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, one weekend a month on rotation.
