Our teams’ rigour and discipline ensure the follow-up on each of our projects’ action plans. Efficiency is the name of the game, to attain targeted objectives with optimal performance.
Flexibility and creativity are two of our greatest strengths that let us rapidly anticipate results and trends, so that we can adjust our approach, script, sequence, or other element that will ensure we reach intended objectives. From the beginning of the contract, GMI establishes working hypotheses based on years of experience. We excel at coming up with new ideas throughout the project’s span, in order to improve its results. Moreover, planning, execution and roll-out are supported by our managers throughout the process of each of our projects.
Our Measuring Gauges and Performance Indicators
Many management working tools and performance indicators are used to allow our managers to efficiently carry out projects, while working with the parameters of different campaigns.
GMI is able to provide its customers with reports, statistics, and campaign progression analyses, with frequent updates. Requirement designators that allow us to rapidly identify trends or qualitative elements that affect the campaign’s results are also presented periodically.
Campaign Management
A campaign or project’s success depends on good communication and efficient coordination between the customer and GMI’s teams. Depending on the size of the project and the length of the contract, different working tools are used to ensure optimal collaboration.
Quality Control
A series of measures is implemented by our internal team during the entire project, in order to validate and control the quality of our activities, specifically targeting the following key points:
- - The quality and relevancy of customer contacts;
- - Our agents listen in on calls to validate the accuracy and relevancy of the information that is exchanged, as well as the quality of the language and of the comments;
- - The relevancy of the script and the sequence of conversation, to ensure results are optimized;
- - The quality of collected data and the correctness of answers, designators and/or comments match customer’s expectations.
